Visi Misi FK Unissula
Medical faculty of Sultan Agung Islamic University was established on October 10 .. 1963, approximately 17 months after the foundation of Sultan Agung Islamic University on 20 May 1962 and then received SK 74/BST/P/64 listed No. 28 February 1964, signed by Moh. Sa'id official Bureau Chief of Private Higher Education Department of Higher Education and Science.
Physical building is located at Jalan Raya Semarang Kaligawe Km.4. Since its inception the Faculty of Medicine Unissula already have teaching hospitals in the same shade YBWSA (Yayasan Sultan Waqf Board) of Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital and its location adjacent to the Faculty of Medicine.
The course of study general medicine Faculty of Medicine Unissula 42-year-old, and based on the Decree of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education has obtained the status of Accredited with rank A. Thus the Faculty of Medicine Unissula entitled to organize the education system, including in the system evaluation / exams independently, meaning that up to undergraduate level of medicine is no longer the State exams.

Faculty of Medicine Unissula had a vision that aligns with the vision of the institution, namely:
"Faculty of Medicine of the leading in building khaira generation of the ummah, develop science and technology fields of medicine and health on the basis of Islamic values and Islamic civilization to build a prosperous community blessed by Allah in the framework rahmatan lil'alamin".
2. Mission
General Medical Studies Program Faculty of Medicine Unissula have a mission that is organized within the framework of medical education-oriented mission Islamiyah and the quality of universal equality, with:
Reconstruct and develop the science of medicine and health on the basis of Islamic values to advance medical education and public welfare
Educate and develop human resources who isalmi on all higher education programs of medical science in order to build a generation of the ummah khaira tafaqquh fiddin rescue survivors, and the upholding of Islamic medical ethics, with the quality of scholarship and expertise of the highest standards, ready to carry out the duties of leadership and propaganda.
Develop community services in building the civilization of Islam through the efforts towards advancing the health of a prosperous community that Allah blessed.
Develop ideas and activities so that the dynamic is always ready to make institutional improvements in accordance with the results of the reconstruction and development of science and technology fields of medicine and health on the basis of Islamic values, and the development of society.

The implementation process of reconstruction and development of science and technology fields of medicine and health on the basis of Islamic values in a consistent and sustainable for the advancement of education and public health in line with the development needs of the community towards a healthy and prosperous blessed God Almighty.
The formation of pious pilgrims who tafaqquh fiddin educators, with the quality of scholarship and expertise in the fields of medicine and the highest standards of health and universal equality, rescue survivors, upholding Islamic medical ethics, mastering the basic values of Islam and Islamic disciplines of medicine and health, language English and information technology, committed and carry out educational tasks, the development of science and technology, leadership and propaganda.
The implementation of the program of medical education at Bachelor, Master, Professional, and Doctoral and other educational activities in line with the needs of the community towards a healthy and prosperous blessed God Almighty.
Generation produces khaira tafaqquh fiddin ummah with the mastery of medical science and health standards of universal equality, rescue survivors, upholding Islamic medical ethics, mastering the basic values of Islam and Muslims for medical and health disciplines, English and information technology, ready to carry out the task keemimpinan and propaganda.

Obesitas tidak hanya dihubungkan dengan kanker prostat yang lebih agresif tetapi juga untuk tumor yang lebih besar, Peneliti Italia melaporkan. Sementara beberapa penelitian telah melaporkan hubungan antara berat badan dengan kanker prostat saja, sampai sekarang hanya satu studi di Amerika telah mencari hubungan antara obesitas dan volume tumor, kata para peneliti dalam makalah yang diterbitkan dalam British of Journal Urology International secara online 20 Juli 2011.
Dari studi klinis yang dilakukan di Italia, menunjukkan secara jelas dari sisi klinis, bahwa obesitas mungkin memegang peranan dalam patofisiologi kanker prostat, setelah dinilai semua faktor-faktor yang mungkin mempengaruhinya. Hal ini disampaikan peneliti Dr. Umberto Capitano.
Dr. Capitanio dan rekan dari University Vita-Salute San Raffaele Milan, menganalisis data dari sebanyak 1.275 pria yang menjalani prostatektomi radikal antara 2006 dan 2009. BMI rata-rata adalah 26,3 dan volume tumor rata-rata adalah 5,6 mL. Namun pada pria berat badan normal, volume tumor rata-rata adalah 5,0 mL. Meningkat masing-masing menjadi 5,8, 6,3 dan 9,2 mL pada pria kelebihan berat badan, obesitas dan sangat gemuk. Volume ini, para peneliti menunjukkan adalah "sangat mirip" dengan yang terlihat dalam studi Amerika.
BMI merupakan prediktor independen dari volume tumor setelah faktor-faktorseperti: usia, nilai prostate-specific antigen, reajat klinis, volum eprostat, dan faktorlainnya. disebutkan obesitas diperkirakan merupakan lingkungan mikro intrinsik terhadap pertumbuhan kanker, faktor diet, serta asal negara. Dan pada kesimpulannya Dr. Capitanio menyampaikan bahwa hasil studi ini juga akan menimbulkan dilema, apakah kontrol diet dan metabilisme pada pasien obes dapat berpengaruh terhadapperkembangan risiko yang secara klinis bermakna pada kanker prostat.

Saya sudah bergelar S3. ya benar, SD SMP SMA.. hehe.. sekarang saya mengambil pendidikan di FK Unissula. di Unissula saya belajar komputer atau lebih kerennya disebut IT (Informatic Technology) / Tekhnologi Informatika di Kampus Unissula juga dengan guru yang saya banggakan . nama beliau adalah Mas Respati. Dari beliau lah saya mengerti tentang microsoft word, excel, dan sebagainya. Mungkin itu saja yang saya bisa sampaikan.. walau nda penting yah beginilah.. hehe
